फिर धीरे-धीरे दोषों के संचय से उसका कंठ रुँध जाता है; और वह गुड़गुड़ाने लगता है; तथा भारी श्वासों से व्याकुल होकर तथा तीव्र ताप से व्याप्त होकर वह भूख-प्यास से व्याकुल हो जाता है ॥ 41॥
Then gradually, his throat becomes clogged with the accumulation of defects; and he begins to make gurgling sounds; and, troubled by breathing heavily and being pervaded by intense heat, he becomes restless with hunger and thirst. ॥ 41॥
