श्री पराशर बोले, 'हे मैत्रेय! आध्यात्मिक, आधिदैविक और भौतिक - इन तीन प्रकार के दुःखों को जानकर तथा ज्ञान एवं वैराग्य को विकसित करके विद्वान् लोग परम विनाश को प्राप्त होते हैं।
Sri Parashara said, 'Oh Maitreya! After knowing the three types of sufferings - spiritual, supernatural and physical - and developing knowledge and detachment, learned people attain the ultimate destruction.
