वेदमार्गेप्रलीने च पाषण्डाढॺे ततो जने।
अधर्मवृद्धॺा लोकानामल्पमायुर्भविष्यति॥ ३९॥
अनुवाद
उस समय वेदों का लोप हो जाने, पाखण्डों की अधिकता हो जाने तथा मनुष्यों में अधर्म बढ़ जाने से लोगों की आयु कम हो जाएगी ॥39॥
At that time, due to the disappearance of the Vedas, abundance of heresy and increase in unrighteousness among humans, the lifespan of the people will be reduced. 39॥
