मानो तालाबों के जल से भर जाने पर (जल से भर जाने पर) अब वे दिन-रात कुम्भक और रेचक द्वारा प्राणायाम का अभ्यास कर रहे हैं (स्थिर रहकर और सूखकर)। ॥15॥
It is as if, after the ponds have been filled with water [by being filled with water], they are now practising pranayama by means of kumbhaka and rechak (exertion) day and night [by remaining still and drying up]. ॥15॥
