जो हिम, जल और ताप के रचयिता हैं [अर्थात् सर्दी, वर्षा, ग्रीष्म आदि ऋतुओं के कारण हैं] और जो [संसार का] पालन करते हैं, जो तीनों कालों के रचयिता हैं, उन सूर्यदेव को नमस्कार है॥20॥
Salutations to the Sun God, who is the creator of snow, water and heat [i.e., the cause of the seasons like winter, rain, summer etc.] and who nourishes [the world], who is the creator of all the three times. ॥20॥
