उसमें तिल, इत्र और जल से भरे चार पात्र रखें। इनमें से एक पात्र मृतक का और तीन पितरों के हों। फिर मृतक के पात्र में रखे जल आदि से पितरों के पात्रों को सींचना चाहिए।
