करोत्येवंविधां सृष्टिं कल्पादौ स पुन: पुन:।
सिसृक्षाशक्तियुक्तोऽसौ सृज्यशक्तिप्रचोदित:॥ ६६ ॥
अनुवाद
सिसृक्षा (सृष्टि की इच्छारूपी शक्ति) से संपन्न भगवान ब्रह्मा कल्प के आदि में सृज्याशक्ति (सृष्टि की नियति) की प्रेरणा से उसी प्रकार बार-बार जगत् की रचना करते हैं॥66॥
Lord Brahma, endowed with the power of Sisriksha (desire-like power of creation), creates the universe in the same manner again and again in the beginning of the Kalpa with the inspiration of Srijya-shakti (the destiny of creation). 66॥
इति श्रीविष्णुपुराणे प्रथमेंऽशे पञ्चमोऽध्याय:॥ ५॥
