पादाङ्गुष्ठेन सम्पीडॺ यदा स वसुधां स्थित:।
तदा समस्ता वसुधा चचाल सह पर्वतै:॥ १०॥ |

| और जब वह अपने पैर के अँगूठे से पृथ्वी को (बीच से) दबाकर खड़ा हुआ, तब पर्वतों सहित सारा भूमण्डल हिल गया॥10॥ |
