निरखि बदनु कहि भूप रजाई। रघुकुलदीपहि चलेउ लेवाई॥

श्री रामचन्द्रजी का मुख देखकर और राजाज्ञा सुनाकर वे रघुकुल के दीपक श्री रामचन्द्रजी को साथ ले गए। श्री रामचन्द्रजी को अत्यन्त बुरी अवस्था में (बिना किसी दल के) मंत्री के साथ जाते देखकर चारों ओर लोग शोक करने लगे।
After seeing Shri Ramchandra's face and conveying the king's orders, he took Shri Ramchandra, the lamp of Raghukul, with him. Seeing Shri Ramchandra going with the minister in a very bad condition (without any entourage), people everywhere were mourning.
