सभी लोग आदरपूर्वक बारात का स्वागत करने के लिए उस स्थान पर गए जहाँ बारात ठहरी हुई थी। अयोध्या के राजा दशरथ का वैभव देखकर देवताओं के राजा इंद्र भी उन्हें तुच्छ लगने लगे।
All the people respectfully went to receive the wedding party and went to the place where the wedding party was staying. Seeing the pomp and splendour of Dashrath, the king of Ayodhya, even Indra, the king of gods, seemed insignificant to them.
