रात्रि बीत जाने पर जब प्रातःकाल हुआ, तो स्नान और संध्यावंदन के पश्चात् दोनों भाइयों ने समिधा होम का अनुष्ठान पूरा करके ऋषि के निर्देशानुसार सम्पूर्ण रामायण का गायन आरम्भ किया।
