महाबली मरुत ने सम्पूर्ण प्रजा के भीतर निवास करते हुए अपनी गति वहीं समेट ली - श्वास आदि की गति रोक दी और अपने शिशु पुत्र हनुमान्जी को साथ लेकर एक पर्वत की गुफा में प्रवेश कर गए॥ 49॥
The powerful Marut, while residing within the entire population, withdrew his movement there - stopped movement in the form of breath etc. and along with his infant son Hanuman he entered a mountain cave.॥ 49॥
