हे वासव, हे बल और वृत्रासुर के संहारक! आपने मुझे भूख मिटाने के लिए चन्द्रमा और सूर्य दिए थे; किन्तु अब आपने उन्हें किसी और को दे दिया है। ऐसा क्यों हुआ?॥ 34॥
O Vaasava, slayer of Bala and Vritraasura! You had given me the Moon and the Sun as a means to satisfy my hunger; but now you have handed them over to someone else. Why has this happened?॥ 34॥
