देवताओं में श्रेष्ठ बालि समुद्र पार करते हुए समस्त प्राणियों द्वारा पूजित और स्तुतियुक्त होकर रावण को भुजाओं में दबाए हुए पश्चिम सागर के तट पर आया॥28॥
While travelling across the oceans, Vali, the best of the celestial beings, was worshipped and praised by all living creatures. He came to the shores of the western ocean with Ravana pressed under his arm.॥28॥
