| ‘उसकी सहस्त्र भुजाओं ने नदी के जल को रोक रखा है। इसीलिए वह समुद्र के ज्वार-भाटे के समान बार-बार जल का उद्गार उत्पन्न कर रही है।’॥19॥ |
