विभीषण के ये वचन सुनकर राक्षसराज रावण अपने पापकर्मों से संतप्त होकर गर्म जल से भरे समुद्र के समान व्याकुल हो गया। वह क्रोध से जलने लगा और उसके नेत्र लाल हो गए। उसने कहा—॥29-30॥
Hearing these words of Vibhishan, the demon king Ravana, tormented by his evil deeds, became as agitated as the sea with hot water. He started burning with anger and his eyes became red. He said—॥29-30॥
