हे राजन! यदि आप चाहें तो मेरी दूसरी बात भी सुन सकते हैं। कुशल युक्ति वाला मनुष्य ही, यदि आलस्य त्यागकर पुरुषार्थ करे, तो अपने शत्रुओं पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकता है॥12॥
‘O King! If you wish, you may listen to my second point. Only a man with skillful methods, if he leaves aside his laziness and makes efforts, can achieve victory over his enemies.॥ 12॥
