| उस समय उस राक्षस ने महाबुद्धिमान ऋषभ के हाथ से उसकी गदा छीनने के लिए उस पर आक्रमण किया; किन्तु ऋषभ ने उस भयंकर गदा को हाथ में लेकर बार-बार घुमाया और महापार्श्व पर बड़े जोर से प्रहार किया। इस प्रकार महाबुद्धिमान वानर योद्धा ने युद्ध के मुहाने पर ही उस राक्षस का अंत कर दिया। |
