जब देवताओं के शत्रु त्रिशिरा को इन्द्र के समान पराक्रमी हनुमान् ने मार डाला, तब समस्त वानर हर्ष के मारे जयकार करने लगे, पृथ्वी काँपने लगी और राक्षस सब दिशाओं में भागने लगे ॥49॥
When Trishira, the enemy of the gods, was killed by Hanuman, who was as powerful as Indra, all the monkeys began to shout for joy, the earth began to tremble and the demons began to flee in all directions. ॥ 49॥
