उसके प्रस्थान के समय शंख, भेरी, पणव आदि बाजे बजने लगे। योद्धा नगाड़े बजाने, गर्जना करने और सिंहनाद करने लगे। भक्तगण पवित्र स्तुति के साथ राक्षसराज शिरोमणि रावण की पूजा करने लगे। इस प्रकार उसने यात्रा की। 8॥
