स तलाभिहतस्तेन चचाल च मुहुर्मुहु:।
स्थितो मुहूर्तं तेजस्वी स्थैर्यं कृत्वा महामति:॥ ६१॥
आजघान च संक्रुद्धस्तलेनैवामरद्विषम्।
अनुवाद
उस थप्पड़ के आघात से हनुमान जी बार-बार इधर-उधर हिलने लगे; किन्तु वे बड़े बुद्धिमान और तेजस्वी थे, अतः दो क्षण में ही वे अपने आप संयत हो गए और उठ खड़े हुए। तब उन्हें भी बहुत क्रोध आया और उन्होंने देवताओं के उस द्रोही को जोरदार थप्पड़ मारा।
Due to the blow of that slap, Hanuman ji started moving here and there again and again; but he was very intelligent and brilliant, so in two moments he regained his composure and stood up. Then he too became very angry and slapped that traitor of the gods.
