तत्पश्चात् महामनस्वी राक्षसराज रावण ने अपने साथ आये हुए महाबली राक्षसों से कहा, 'तुम सब लोग नगर के द्वारों पर तथा राजमार्ग पर स्थित घरों के दरवाजों पर निर्भयतापूर्वक तथा प्रसन्नतापूर्वक खड़े रहो।
Thereafter the great-minded demon king Ravana said to the mighty demons who had accompanied him, 'You all should stand fearlessly and happily on the doors of the city gates and the doors of the houses on the highway.
