अथवा नश्यति प्रज्ञा प्राज्ञस्यापि सतस्तव।
पचत्येनं तथा कालो भूतानां प्रभवो ह्ययम्॥ १३॥ |

| या बुद्धिमान होते हुए भी तुम्हारी बुद्धि मारी गई। इसी कारण तुम सोते हुए शत्रु के वश में हो गए। अथवा यह काल ही समस्त प्राणियों की उत्पत्ति का कारण है। अतः वही प्रत्येक प्राणी को पकाता है - उनके शुभ-अशुभ कर्मों के फल से उन्हें संयुक्त करता है। 13॥ |
