त्रायन्ते संक्रमास्तत्र परसैन्यागते सति।

| ‘जब शत्रु की सेना निकट आती है, तब उन टुकड़ियों की रक्षा यंत्रों द्वारा की जाती है और उन यंत्रों की सहायता से उन्हें चारों ओर की खाइयों में फेंक दिया जाता है तथा वहाँ पहुँची हुई शत्रु सेना को भी सब दिशाओं में फेंक दिया जाता है।॥17॥ |
