अद्याक्षोभ्यमपि क्रुद्ध: क्षोभयिष्यामि सागरम्।
वेलासु कृतमर्यादं सहस्रोर्मिसमाकुलम्॥ २३॥
निर्मर्यादं करिष्यामि सायकैर्वरुणालयम्।
महार्णवं क्षोभयिष्ये महादानवसंकुलम्॥ २४॥ |

| यद्यपि समुद्र को अक्षोभ्य कहा गया है; फिर भी मैं आज क्रोध करके उसे विचलित करूँगा। उसमें हजारों लहरें उठती रहती हैं; फिर भी वह सदैव अपने तट की सीमा में ही रहता है। किन्तु मैं उसे अपने बाणों से मारकर उसकी सीमा नष्ट कर दूँगा। बड़े-बड़े राक्षसों से भरे इस समुद्र में मैं उत्पात मचा दूँगा - तूफान लाऊँगा।॥23-24॥ |
