| ‘जो बुद्धिमान् एवं योग्य पुरुष अपने मित्रों की स्थायी उन्नति चाहता है, उसे अपने कर्तव्य के विषय में संदेह होने पर सदैव अपनी सहमति दे देनी चाहिए।’ 33॥ |
