शोभयन्तु च वेश्मानि सूर्यस्योदयनं प्रति।
स्रग्दाममुक्तपुष्पैश्च सुवर्णै: पञ्चवर्णकै:॥ ९॥

कल सूर्योदय तक लोग नगर के सभी घरों को सुवर्णमयी मालाओं, घने फूलों की मोटी मालाओं, बिना जनेऊ वाले कमल पुष्प आदि तथा रंग-बिरंगे अलंकारों से सजाएँ॥9॥
Tomorrow, by sunrise, people should decorate all the houses in the city with golden garlands, thick garlands of densely packed flowers, lotus flowers without thread etc. and colorful ornaments. 9॥
