उस समय महात्मा भरत श्री राम की अगवानी के लिए आगे आए। घोड़ों की टापों, रथ के पहियों और शंखों व नगाड़ों की गगनभेदी ध्वनि से मानो सारी पृथ्वी हिल रही हो। शंखों व नगाड़ों की ध्वनि के साथ हाथियों की गर्जना भी पृथ्वी को कंपा रही थी।
At that time Mahatma Bharata came forward to receive Shri Ram. The sound of the horses' hooves, the wheels of the chariot and the deep sounds of the conches and drums made the entire earth seem to be shaking. The roaring sound of the elephants mixed with the sound of the conches and drums also made the earth tremble.
