उधर श्री रामचंद्रजी युद्ध से थके हुए और चिंतित होकर युद्धभूमि में खड़े थे। इतने में ही रावण भी युद्ध के लिए उनके समक्ष उपस्थित हुआ। यह देखकर देवताओं के साथ युद्ध देखने आए भगवान अगस्त्य मुनि श्री राम के पास गए और बोले-॥1-2॥
