वानरों में श्रेष्ठ उस हनुमान् को अजेय समझकर राक्षसराज मेघनाद वीर वानरों में प्रधान हनुमान् के विषय में सोचने लगा कि 'उसे किसी प्रकार पकड़ना ही होगा, परन्तु मैं उसे कैसे पकड़ सकूँगा?'॥ 35॥
