इमां तु शीलसम्पन्नां द्रष्टुमिच्छति राघव:।
रावणेन प्रमथितां प्रपामिव पिपासित:॥ २२॥ |

| यद्यपि रावण ने उसे बहुत कष्ट दिए हैं, फिर भी वह उत्तम चरित्र, उत्तम आचरण और सतीत्व से संपन्न है। (वह उसके वश में नहीं आ सकी।) इसलिए जैसे प्यासा मनुष्य तालाब के पास जाना चाहता है, वैसे ही श्री रघुनाथजी उसे देखना चाहते हैं॥ 22॥ |
