प्रसुप्तमिव चान्यत्र क्रीडन्तमिव चान्यत:।
क्वचित् पर्वतमात्रैश्च जलराशिभिरावृतम्॥ ५॥ |

| कहीं-कहीं समुद्र तरंगरहित और शान्त होने के कारण सोया हुआ प्रतीत होता था। कहीं-कहीं छोटी-छोटी लहरें उठती थीं, तो कहीं वह क्रीड़ा करता हुआ प्रतीत होता था और कहीं-कहीं ऊँची-ऊँची लहरें उठती थीं, तो कहीं-कहीं पर्वतों के समान विशाल जलराशि से आच्छादित प्रतीत होता था॥5॥ |
