तदागच्छ महाबाहो चारित्रं रक्षितं त्वया।
अच्छलं मित्रभावेन सतां दारावलोकनम्॥ ६१॥ |

| महाबाहो! (पराई स्त्रियों को देखना अनुचित जानकर तुम भीतर न आए और बाहर ही खड़े रहे - इससे) तुमने शील की रक्षा की है; अतः अब भीतर आओ। स्त्रियों को मैत्रीभाव से देखना (माता-बहन आदि के भाव से देखना) सत्पुरुष के लिए पाप नहीं है।॥ 61॥ |

| ‘Mahabaho! (Considering it inappropriate to look at other's women, you did not come inside and remained standing outside - by this) you have protected the moral conduct; hence now come inside. Looking at women with a friendly attitude (looking at them with the feeling of a mother or sister etc.) is not sinful for a good man.'॥ 61॥ |
