एवमेकायनगता: प्लवमाना गिरेर्गिरिम्।
प्रकम्पयन्तो वेगेन गिरीणां शिखराणि च॥ ९॥

बभञ्जुश्च नगांस्तत्र पुष्पितान् दुर्गमाश्रितान्॥ १०॥ |

| इस प्रकार एक पर्वत से दूसरे पर्वत पर कूदते हुए और अपने वेग से पर्वतों की चोटियों को हिलाते हुए वे सभी महाबली वानर एक मार्ग पर पहुँचे। उछल-कूद करते हुए उन्होंने दुर्गम स्थानों पर स्थित पुष्पों से सुशोभित अनेक वृक्षों को तोड़ डाला॥9-10॥ |
