न ह्येवं रमणीयेषु शाद्वलेषु तया सह।
रमतो मे भवेच्चिन्ता न स्पृहान्येषु वा भवेत्॥ ९६॥ |

| यदि मुझे हरी-भरी घासों से सुशोभित ऐसे सुन्दर प्रदेशों में सीता के साथ सुखपूर्वक विचरण करने का अवसर मिले, तो मुझे (अयोध्या का राज्य न मिलने के कारण) न तो कोई चिन्ता होगी और न अन्य दिव्य सुखों की ही इच्छा होगी॥ 96॥ |
