ऐसा कहकर वज्रधारी और शत्रुओं का नाश करने वाले इन्द्र ने तपस्वी शरभंग का सम्मान किया और उनकी अनुमति लेकर घोड़ों से जुते हुए रथ पर सवार होकर स्वर्ग की ओर चले गये।
Saying this, Indra, the bearer of thunderbolts and destroyer of Shatrugs, honoured the ascetic Sharabhang and after asking his permission, proceeded to heaven in a chariot drawn by horses.
