ननु नामाविनीतानां विनेतासि परंतप।
कथमेवंविधं पापं न त्वं शाधि हि रावणम्॥ २६॥
अनुवाद
हे शत्रुओं को पीड़ा देने वाले आर्यपुत्र! आप कुमार्ग पर चलने वाले अभिमानी मनुष्यों को दण्ड देकर उन्हें फिर से सन्मार्ग पर लाते हैं, फिर रावण जैसे पापी को दण्ड क्यों नहीं देते?॥ 26॥
'O Aryaputra, who torments the enemies! You punish the arrogant men who follow the wrong path and bring them back on the right path, then why do you not punish such a sinner like Ravana?॥ 26॥
