जब रावण ने साधु वेश धारण करके विदेह पुत्री सीता की इस प्रकार स्तुति की, तब मैथिली ने ब्राह्मण वेश में रावण को वहाँ आते देख, आतिथ्य की समस्त सामग्रियों से उसका पूजन किया। 32-33।
When Ravana, disguised as a saint, praised Sita, the daughter of Videha, in this manner, Maithili, seeing Ravana arriving there in the guise of a Brahmin, worshipped him with all the materials used for hospitality. 32-33.
