जैसे वृत्रासुर वज्र से, नमुचि धनुष से और बलासुर इन्द्र के द्वारा मारा गया था, उसी प्रकार श्री रामजी के बाण से घायल होकर खर गिर पड़ा॥28॥
Just as Vritraasura was killed by the thunderbolt, Namuchi by the bow and Balaasura by the demon Indra, similarly Khar fell down after being struck by that arrow of Sri Rama.॥28॥
