विभीषणस्तु धर्मात्मा न तु राक्षसचेष्टित:।
प्रख्यातवीर्यौ च रणे भ्रातरौ खरदूषणौ॥ २३॥

'मेरे तीसरे भाई का नाम विभीषण है, परंतु वह सदाचारी है, वह राक्षसों के रीति-रिवाजों और विचारों का पालन नहीं करता। खर और दूषण, जो युद्ध में अपने पराक्रम के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं, वे भी मेरे भाई हैं।॥ 23॥
'My third brother's name is Vibhishan, but he is a virtuous person, he never follows the customs and thoughts of demons. Khar and Dushan, who are renowned for their valour in war, are also my brothers.॥ 23॥
