आवासमादीपयतां तीर्थं चाप्यवगाहताम्।
भाण्डानि चाददानानां घोषस्तु दिवमस्पृशत्॥ १५॥ |

| कुछ सैनिक बड़ी-बड़ी मशालें जलाकर अपने तम्बुओं में छूटी हुई वस्तुओं को इकट्ठा करने लगे। कुछ लोग शीघ्रता से घाट पर उतरने लगे और बहुत से सैनिक उनकी वस्तुओं को पहचानकर 'यह मेरा है, यह मेरा है' कहकर उठाने लगे। उस समय जो महान कोलाहल हुआ, वह आकाश में गूँज उठा॥15॥ |
