| कारीगरों को आगे बढ़कर मार्ग बनाना चाहिए, ऊबड़-खाबड़ भूमि को समतल करना चाहिए तथा मार्ग के दुर्गम स्थानों को जानने वाले रक्षकों को भी उनके साथ जाना चाहिए।॥13॥ |
