| ‘राजकुमारों में सबसे ज्येष्ठ को ही राजा बनाया जाता है। इस नियम का पालन सभी राजा समान रूप से करते हैं। इक्ष्वाकुवंश के राजाओं के कुल में इसका विशेष आदर किया जाता है।॥ 22॥ |
