तं हि नित्यं महाराजो बलवन्तं महौजसम्।
उपाश्रितोऽभूद् धर्मात्मा मेरुर्मेरुवनं यथा॥ १५॥ |

| मेरे धर्मात्मा पिता महाराज दशरथ भी सदैव उन महाबली श्री रामजी का ही आश्रय लेते थे (उनसे वे इस लोक और परलोक में सफलता की आशा रखते थे), जैसे मेरु पर्वत अपनी रक्षा के लिए अपने ऊपर उगे हुए घने वन का आश्रय लेता है (यदि वह दुर्गम वन से घिरा न हो, तो अन्य लोग उस पर आक्रमण अवश्य कर सकते हैं)।॥ 15॥ |
