| ‘जो नास्तिक लोग पहले राजदण्ड से पीड़ित होकर वेदों की मर्यादा और अपनी जातियों के लिए निर्धारित वर्णाश्रम को भंग करते थे, वे अब राजा की अनुपस्थिति में निर्भय होकर अपना प्रभुत्व दिखाएंगे॥ 32॥ |
