| 'जिस प्रदेश में राजा नहीं होता, वहाँ चंदन और अगुरु लेप से लिपटे हुए राजकुमार वसन्त ऋतु में खिले हुए वृक्षों के समान शोभायमान नहीं होते॥ 28॥ |
