| जिस देश में राजा नहीं होता, वहाँ खेतों में मुट्ठी भर बीज भी नहीं बोए जाते। जिस देश में राजा नहीं होता, वहाँ पुत्र पिता के वश में नहीं होते और स्त्रियाँ पति के वश में नहीं होतीं।॥10॥ |
