ये च त्वामनुजीवन्ति नाहं तेषां न ते मम।
केवलार्थपरां हि त्वां त्यक्तधर्मां त्यजाम्यहम्॥ ७॥
अनुवाद
'जो लोग आपकी शरण में रहते हैं, मैं उनका स्वामी नहीं हूँ और न ही वे मेरे सम्बन्धी हैं। तुमने केवल धन के मोह में पड़कर धर्म का परित्याग कर दिया है, इसलिए मैं तुम्हें त्यागता हूँ॥ 7॥
'I am not the master of those who live by taking shelter in you, and they are not my relatives. You have abandoned Dharma (righteousness) only because you are attached to wealth, so I abandon you.॥ 7॥
