‘इसलिए अब से तुम अपनी इन्द्रियों को वश में करके अपनी पत्नी सीता सहित रात्रि भर उपवास करो और कुशा की शय्या पर सो जाओ।॥ 23॥
‘Therefore, from this time onwards, remain in control of your senses and fast throughout the night along with your bride, Sita, and sleep on a bed of kusha grass.॥ 23॥
