राजा सत्वरमाहूय व्यापृतं वित्तसंचये।
उवाच देशकालज्ञो निश्चितं सर्वत: शुचि:॥ १४॥

तब देश और काल को जानने वाले तथा सब प्रकार से शुद्ध (इस लोक और परलोक के ऋण से मुक्त) राजा दशरथ ने धन-संग्रह के कार्य में नियुक्त कोषाध्यक्ष को तुरन्त बुलाकर यह निश्चित बात कही -॥14॥
Then King Dasharatha, who understood the place and time and was pure in all respects (free from debts of this world and the next), immediately called the treasurer appointed for the business of wealth collection and said this definite thing -॥ 14॥
